Migrate Old Guest History

Please verify customer identity first. Selected old sessions will be migrated into the current session; upon completion, selected old sessions will be deleted, retaining the current one. Only supports migrating older IDs to newer IDs; preserves original timestamps and recall status, reorders by chat time, and re-checks read status. Access paused during execution; failures can be resumed.

Permanently Delete Conversation

Shared conversations between customers and all agents, along with all chat records and attachments, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. New messages added before confirmation will also be deleted; allocation audit trails are preserved.

Chat Language

Choose a language you understand. By default, it matches the current page language. You can also choose another language separately. This does not change the page language. It only applies when the agent enables reply translation. Messages already received will not be translated again.
